The temperatures are starting to get unbearable. And because heat and humidity are here to stay for a while, we offer you some tips on how to beat the heat this summer season. Here are some things you can do to prevent heat stroke and heat exhaustion.
- Wear light clothing to help protect yourself from the heat.
- Get enough exercise.
- Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fresh vegetables.
- Head out to the pool and learn CPR.
- Stay indoors during the hottest part of the day.
