The HVAC system plays a big role in keeping the temperature in your house comfortable. Maintain its efficiency through the following measures:
- Check the thermostat settings and the controls of the system, lubricate all moving parts, and inspect the condensate drain.
- For summer, clean the A/C evaporator and condenser coils, check refrigerant level, and clean and adjust lower components.
- For winter, check all gas or oil connections, gas pressure, burner combustion and heat exchanger.
- Change the air filter on a regular basis.
