Many homeowners have long come at peace with the notion that their homes’ utility bills always rise up during winter. However, little do they know that there are actually a couple of things that can be done to keep these bills at a minimum:
  • Using gas costs less than oil, is more convenient as it is piped into the house, and raises properly value.
  • Seal the ducts.
  • Schedule intensive maintenance service from quality contractors.
  • Reduce use of heat.
  • Manage the water heater.
