There is NO such thing as a free service call.

Several a/c companies lie about this. For decades,
a service call included travel time, and up to the first
full hour. Now, these companies have changed

what “they” define as a service call. To them, a
service call is driving to your house. Once they exit

the truck, their labor rate starts. So, if a company
will lie to you up front, how much can you trust them

once they are in you home? If you could repair your

own A/C, you would not call a trained tech like ours.

So you are at the mercy of the person sent to get you
cool. How do you know that they are being honest in

diagnosing your problem. How easy would it be to
tell you a part is bad, when it is not? How would YOU
know??
